A&A Office Systems Mission Statement Highlights a Commitment to Our Clients

Posted on Dec 7, 2016

A&A Office Systems is proud to present our new mission statement. The new mission statement replaces our previous statement of more than 20 years, "To listen and provide you with the finest office automation equipment, personal service and first-class support" as the company continues to grow and adapt to an everchanging workplace. Our new mission statement:

To deliver the most innovative business solutions at the intersection of imaging and cloud technologies while delivering the best customer experience.

"It gives us purpose," our President and Owner, John Sullivan, said during a company-wide unveiling. "I want a customer to take away that they are the most important part of our new mission statement."

"The experience of the customer is the most important thing to us," General Sales Manager John Partenio, agreed. "It's the evolution of the company. We're diversifying. We're on the cutting edge," he added. "The 'intersection of imaging and cloud technologies' is a little new for us. It's our legacy copiers, but also our cloud services with our new data center."

Over the past year, A&A has grown significantly as the needs of the modern office changes, and the needs of the customer, have changed. This includes the purchase of a private data center for cloud services, the formation of the company's first marketing and communications team, and the completion of a brand new website. In addition to the print technology and solutions, and scanning and document management services we've been known for, it's these new tools that put us in a unique position to successfully uphold our mission statement.

"It's the data center, it's the Ricoh and Konica Minolta product lines, but really, it's the people. It's the crew we have here at A&A," said Partenio.

"We have 55 years of experience," Sullivan said at the unveiling. "We know the workflows and we know the roadblocks. We know how to move the customer forward."
